To enter the competition simply sign up to receive our occasional newsletter, packed with inspiration for your next holiday. You could be in with a chance of winning return Business Premier Eurostar tickets and a stay in the luxury Peninsula Hotel in Paris for two.

Terms and conditions

  1. To enter the competition you must be: (a) UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
  2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of The Luxury Holiday Company or any subsidiary of The Luxury Holiday Company.
  3. Any personal information that you provide to The Luxury Holiday Company will be treated in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation, and will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent.
  4. No purchase necessary.
  5. Only one entry per person.
  6. The winner will be chosen completely at random from all of the entrants.
  7. The last day for entry is 31/3/17 and The Luxury Holiday Company reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
  8. If you win the competition, we will notify you by 5/4/17. The competition winner will need to confirm their prize by 12/4/17, otherwise a new winner will be chosen.
  9. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as The Luxury Holiday Company may require, including photographs and a short description of your trip, which will be used to promote The Luxury Holiday Company on our websites and social media.
  10. You can find out who has won a this competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to Marketing, The Luxury Holiday Company, Dorset House,27-45 Stamford Street, London SE1 9NT after the closing date.
  11. The judge who randomly selects each competition winner will be a member of the The Luxury Holiday Company Marketing Department.
  12. The prize will not be changeable or transferable to another person.
  13. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize. No refund if less than the minimum numbers of people travel.
  14. This competition is being run by The Luxury Holiday Company, Dorset House, 27-45 Stamford Street, London SE1 9NT.
  15. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
  16. The Luxury Holiday Company reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. The Luxury Holiday Company may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
  17. Not included in your prize: anything not detailed in the prize description, travel insurance, spending money and all other expenses (including meals, upgrades or additional activities).
  18. Any gratuities are at the winner’s discretion and will be paid locally. Gratuities are not covered by The Luxury Holiday Company.
  19. The judge's decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  20. The prize is for 2 adults sharing a hotel room.
  21. Some travel dates are not available for travel including, but not limited to, all public/bank holidays and associated weekends and Valentine’s day.
  22. To book the Eurostar tickets the winner will be sent a voucher to complete and send by recorded post to Eurostar with first and second preferences for dates of travel. If neither date is available Eurostar will contact you with alternatives.
  23. Eurostar will confirm availability within 21 days of receipt of the original winning voucher.
  24. The Luxury Holiday Company will liaise with the winner to book the Peninsula hotel on dates that match the Eurostar travel dates.
  25. The accommodation at The Peninsula hotel, Paris, is in a Deluxe Room with continental breakfast included
  26. The winner must redeem the prize and travel within 2017. Departures must be from London St Pancras.
  27. The winner will not be able to travel or stay at The Peninsula on the following dates (dd/mm): 09/06–10/06 inclusive, 18/06–22/06 inclusive, 02/07–07/07 inclusive, 28/09–02/10 inclusive, 31/12
  28. The prize trip is for a one night stay at The Peninsula, Paris.
