Come evening, Kushi offers the finest in fresh sushi, though you can also expect the likes of Wagyu beef, accompanied by sake and cocktails – there's even a 'yakiniku experience' with a built-in grill at each table. Dim-sum and noodle dishes are on offer at Le Bazar, or refined Safran blends authentic Indian and Mauritian cuisine. For a more casual affair, head to Republik Beach Club & Grill for charcoal-fired barbecue grills and drinks accompanied by live music, including performances by local and international DJs. The staff are more than happy organise bespoke dining experiences at the resort’s most exclusive locations which can even be accompanied by live entertainment.
