Start the morning with a delicious breakfast and Italian coffee at the hotel, before an arranged transfer will take you across the city to Rome Ostiense Station, where the glamorous and opulent carriages of the La Dolce Vita Orient Express await. Following a brief check in, you'll be shown to your plush cabin by your steward. You'll discover the city's remarkably preserved medieval charm and immerse yourself into its traditions, crafts, gastronomy and architecture on a guided visit before enjoying a traditional lunch in a spectacular cave restaurant. Later on, the journey continues back aboard the train as you navigate through sprawling vineyards and quaint villages whilst enjoying an evening dinner in the Dining Car; cocktails, Italian wines, music and surprises await.
