In more detail

The Olive Exclusive is a luxury, boutique all-suite hotel, overlooking olive groves in a quiet suburb of the continental capital Windhoek. The style is contemporary, with sleek lines harmonised with natural furnishings, organic textures to create a relaxing, authentic African ambience. Each of the seven suites is decorated in its own distinctive style, to represent different areas of Namibia, and feature photographs of each place and natural elements. From spacious lounges with fireplace, and a dining area for private dining, there are wide glass doors that open out onto a private decked terrace, with comfy daybeds so you can enjoy the mountain views in comfort. The four Premier Suites also have the luxury of their own private plunge pool. Back inside, the amenities include Nespresso machines, iPod docking stations, satellite TV, WiFi and fully stocked mini bars, while you’ll be cocooned in comfort with underfloor heating, crisp cotton linens and deep soaking tubs. The hotel’s restaurant, The Olive, serves a seasonal menu of inventive dishes accompanied by fine wines in a relaxed environment and the fully stocked bar includes a fine range of whiskeys. The hotel’s ethos is “Elegant, Inspired, Never Formal” and the dedicated service you’ll receive here is friendly and professional without being stuffy. The hotel has an eco-friendly approach and if you can tear yourself away from the comfort of your suite, the walls of the public areas are clad with abstract landscapes taken by well-known South African photographer Micky Hoyle.
