Patrick is well-travelled through Latin America, pointing to the Atacama Desert, Galápagos Islands and the Bolivia’s Uyuni salt flats as his favourites. Working in luxury and tailor-made travel for 15 years, Patrick’s experiences have taken him from swimming with sea lions to enjoying the views from the luxurious Rocky Mountaineer train as it glides through Canada’s pristine national parks.
A standout experience? Undoubtedly Chalchaquí Valley near Salta in the mountainous region of Argentina. Although ask him on a different day and he might just cite island hopping across Lake Titicaca in Peru. If you’re interested in North America, there are few better people to talk to about National Parks and wildlife watching than Patrick. He’s intimately familiar with Yellowstone, Yosemite and Zion national parks in the USA, while his grizzly bear and whale watching experiences in Tadoussac and Victoria in Canada live long in the memory.
