In more detail

The Fairmont’s rooms are arguably its biggest asset, not least due to their spectacular floor-to-ceiling views across the harbour, mountains or city skyline. Inside, furnishings are classic and elegant, in the best traditions of the Fairmont Brand, and remodelled bathrooms feature the likes of luxurious rain spa showers. There’s also plenty of tech to enjoy, including a multimedia hub and free WiFi as standard.

The food here is another highlight, with the new ARC Restaurant serving fresh, local and seasonal ingredients across menus that showcases the very best of British Columbian produce. You’ll even delight in herbs picked from the hotel’s own rooftop garden and honey made by its very own bees, of which you can find out more on a special guided tour. Indeed, it’s possible to enjoy the fruits of the bees’ labour through a selection of honey-infused dishes served in the restaurant, and even at the bar, with a pint of the locally brewed Fairmont Stinger lager.

Elsewhere, you’ll be invited to relax and unwind with a dip in the heated outdoor pool, or a massage or treatment at the health club which, alongside the fitness centre, is open 24/7.
