Coronavirus: Italy travel updates

With the easing of restrictions between the UK and selected destinations, we want to keep you updated with the latest information. Below, you'll find links to relevant websites with much of the information you'll need to for travelling abroad, including general information from the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office as well as updates from some of our most popular partners. Italy entry requirements

  • To enter Italy, and to gain access to most public spaces in the country, you must be fully vaccinated
  • To be considered “fully vaccinated” in Italy, you must have received your final dose of vaccine no more than 180 days before your date of travel
  • The NHS COVID Pass for Travel is accepted to demonstrate vaccination status
  • You must take a PCR test no more than 48 hours before entering Italy or a rapid flow test taken no more than 24 hours before entering Italy. Free NHS tests are not accepted
  • You will need to fill out the online EU Passenger Locator Form which will generate a QR code to be checked prior to departure from the UK and again at Italian border control
